Canela Home Health Inc. complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
If you believe that Canela has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way, you can file a grievance by contacting us athelp@canela.health or (888) 883-2545. Canela provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English. Please tell us your preferred language when you contact us.
